Snowstar awoke to the sound of Moonshines voice. She got up, stretched, and went outsied her den.
" Good for you Moonshine. And I am glad for Pinefur. Dustfoot take Moonshine and Pinefur some freshkill and Silvermist will lead a hunting patrol. Warclaw you can go and get some rest. I will stay here and guard the camp," Snowstar said.

"Thank you Snowstar" Warclaw padded over to the warriors den and rested her eyes

" Yes Dustfoot may go with you," Snowstar said. She then turned her gaze to the camp entrance.

"Thankyou Dustfoot! You do not know how tired I am.", Moonshine said greatfully. She plopped down to eat. " Yes, thank you Dustfoot. Your a very nice young cat.", Pinefur said, relieaved that she was practicly over her sickness. She too started eating.

Warclaw got up and went to Snowstar "Snowstar may i go hunting?" asked Warclaw

"You may," Snowstar said sitting back down and wacthing the camp.

"Thanks you Snowstar" Warclaw bowed her head and went off to go hunting

"Come on, Dustfoot," Silvermist called, heading out of the camp and going to the sky tree once more.

Waclaw returned with a lot of fresh kill she picked a mouse and went to a the warriors den to eat it

Heathertail padded out of the warrior's den, she licked her chest, to smoothen out her fur, and then went to Snowstar. "Can I go on a hunting patrol?" she asked her leader.

After she finished her mouse she looked over at the apprentices den "I hope we get apprentices soon" Warclaw said to Heathertail

Heathertail twitched her whiskers in agreement. She hoped Snowstar would let her go on a hunting patrol. Something was nagging her to go out and explore.

Warclaw paced around the camp "When is the gathering?"

"I don't know," Heathertail said. She flexed her claws into the earth. She could feel the forest calling her.

"This is bad really bad" Warclaw said as she still paced around the camp

"What is?" Silvermist asked, annoyed that Warclaw hadn't joined her yet for hunting. "We need to go hunting now," she mewed impatiently.

"Sorry i am coming i am just scared that Shadowclan will be mad at the gathering" Warclaw said as she walked out of the camp

Moonshine helped Pinefur into her den now that she was over her sickness."I wonder how everybody is doing in the camp. Since I've been too busy with you I could not keep up with what was going on with the clan. It would help if cats visited me while I had patients."Moonshine said thoughtfully. "Maybe you should go tell Snowstar that so you won't be so lonly any more when you do your work.",her mother answered. "That's a good idea Pinefur." Moonshine said agreeingly. She paused to groom her self before she saw the leader.
Then she went up to Snowstar.

Snowstar looked up.
" Yes you may go hunting, but be careful since your going alone," Snowstar then turned to Moonshine.
" Yes, Moonshine," Snowstar asked.

(Heathertail had left the camp and came back)

Heathertail bounded through the camp entrance. She ran to Snowstar. "Snowstar, there's cats at Bear Rock Cave. Windclan cats!" Heathertail shrieked.

" I'll tell you later Snowstar, this is way more important. I'll go out there with you with a couple of other warriors if you like.", Moonshine said quickly, but with a calmness. All she had on her mind right now was helping her clan.

Warclaw heard what Heathertail said "Windclan!?!?" Warclaw said startled "Why would they take prey from us?"

Silvermist padded into camp with her mouse and a plump bluejay she had caught on the way back clamped between her jaws. She saw everyone's shocked expressions and the dropped her catch on the fresh-kill pile. She heard WindClan had been on their territory. "What do they want?" she hissed. "Don't they have enough prey of their own? Its the middle of Green-leaf for StarClan's sake."

"I found bones and their scent on our territory whenever I was hunting at Bear Rock Cave," Heathertail hurridly said. She felt nervous inside.

Warclaw let out a growl "Silvermist is right it is the middle of green-leaf for Starclans sake must they take from our territory?"

"Well, Windclan is alot dryer and they could be going through a drougt. That may be the answer, but that is no excuse for this."Moonshine said thougtfully. " What should we do Snowstar?"she asked looking at her leader.
